INGREDIENTS!
• Minced Meat 1 Kilo
• Mutton Fat 1 Cup
• Crushed Pomegranate 1 Cup
• Solid Pomegranate Half a Cup
• Eggs 6
• Salt to taste
• Garlic 1 whole
• Coriander 1 Tablespoon
• Tomatoes 3
• Green Coriander to taste
• Green Chilies to taste
• Onions 1 Kilo
• Banaspati 1 Cup
• Mirch 1 Teaspoon
METHOD!
Fine chop the onions and drain them well. Add tomatoes, green onions, eggs, corn flour and mix well. Now take approximately Three tablespoons of the minced mixture in your hand. Place it in the centre of the palm. Roll it to form a smooth ball. Flatten the ball by pressing firmly between your palms. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry well. Serve the spicy chapli kababs with lemon, onion rings and salad…
The dish is now ready to serve.

CHICKEN BIRYANI
Ingredients
400 grams chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces on bone
1½ cups brown rice, soaked for 1 hour
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon green chilli paste
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
¾ teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
Salt to taste
4-5 green cardamoms ( سبز الائچی )
1 bay leaf
1 inch cinnamon
½ cup yogurt
½ cup fried onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
1 inch ginger, cut into juliennes + for garnishing
½ teaspoon caraway seeds (shahi jeera)
Saffron strands as required
1 tablespoon oil
Garam masala powder for sprinkling
A few fresh mint leaves
Ghee as required
Screwpine essence (kewra) for drizzling
Rose water for drizzling
A fresh mint sprig for garnishing
Method
1. Take the chicken pieces in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, green chilli paste, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and mix. Add salt, mix well and set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat 4 cups water in a deep non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Add salt, cardamoms, bay leaf, cinnamon and drained rice. Stir lightly and cook till the rice is ¾th done.
3. Add yogurt to the chicken, ¼ cup fried onions, 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves and half the ginger and mix well.
4. Strain the rice in a colander. Add caraway seeds and saffron and mix lightly. Set aside.
5. Pour oil in another deep non-stick pan and brush well. Add the chicken alongwith the marinade. Top with the rice and spread evenly.
6. Sprinkle garam masala powder, remaining coriander leaves, mint leaves, remaining ginger, remaining fried onions and some saffron. Drizzle some ghee on the sides, some water, screwpine essence and rose water, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or till the chicken is fully done.
7. Garnish with ginger juliennes and mint sprig and serve hot.

Ingredients:
Tomatoes 250 GramsCumin seeds 1/2 TeaspoonsUrad dal 1 TeaspoonsOil 1 TablespoonsTamarind pieces 5 GramsCurry leaves 2 SpringsGreen chilli 5-6 NumbersMint leaves 1/2 CupCoriander leaves 1 CupSalt To taste
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds when
they splutter add urad dal saute it for a minute then add tamarind pieces,
curry leaves, green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves saute it till
leaves to be nicely fried, then add tomato pieces and add required amount of
water, salt, put the lid on and let it cook till tomatoes are tender, let it
cool down then make it into a paste.
2. For tempering heat oil in a pan add
mustard seeds when they splutter add cumin seeds, chana dal, dry red chilli,
urad dal and allow it to turn slightly colored add hing switch off the flame
and add curry leaves fry for few seconds.
3. Pour this tempering of Oil 1 tbsp Mustard
seeds 1/4tsp Cumin seeds 1/4tsp Chana dal 1 tsp Urad dal 1 tsp on the top of
the chutney and mix it well.
4. Serve with rice.
Summer Mango Honey bowl!

METHOD:
1. Cut mango into pieces like as shown in video and keep aside 2. Boil 2 glass of water and add oats and bring it to simmer. 3. Add pinch of salt, mix nicely and switch off flame. 4. Transfer into serving bowl, top it with mango pieces. 5. For sweetness on its top pour honey and sprinkle cinnamon powder. 6. Now oats summer mango honey bowl is ready to serve.

Bread 5-6 slices
Pepper(crushed) ½ tsp
Mixed herbs ¼ tsp
Garlic(chopped) ½ tsp
Salt To taste
Cheese(grated) 1 tbs
All purpose flour 2 tbs
Baking powder 1 pinch
Buttermilk ½ cup
Oil To fry
METHOD:
1. Take a mixie jar add bread and grind it to make bread crumbs and transfer into a bowl.
2. Add crushed pepper, mixed herbs, garlic, salt, cheese, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and mix nicely using buttermilk.
3. Dip the hand in water, take small dumpling and make round balls and deep fry in hot oil.
4. Once it is golden in colour transfer into plate.
5. Now easy cheesy balls are ready to serve with tomato sauce.

Cook for 20 to 35 minutes till the chicken is tender. Remove from oven, . 5. Method
Remove stems from Mint and Coriander.
Wash and shake the leaves.
Chop Onions, Tomatoes and Chillies.
Mix Tamarind with 100ml water.
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend to a smooth paste, add water if required.

You can make delightful ice cream sandwiches?better than those in the store--for much less than store-bought ones. Besides you get to be creative. You can pick your favorite ice cream, you can make different shapes, and you can use different cookies. While these are square chocolate cookies with vanilla ice cream, be creative. Make them round with cherry ice cream . . . or whatever you would like.
Ice Cream Sandwich Recipe or a Mix
The secret is in the wafer cookie. You want crisp, thin wafers that crumble when bit rather than squishing the ice cream out. Both sugar cookies and short 7Ibread cookies make excellent ice cream sandwiches. Or you can use a mix available online.
We tested recipes to find those that work particularly well. We like this recipe. It makes a thin chocolate short bread cookie that is crisp and sturdy. It's an innovative recipe that uses powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar. The powdered sugar adds starch (yes, there is starch in most powdered sugars) and it avoids the tiny air pockets created by granulated sugar as it cuts through the butter. You can make the dough ahead of time and keep it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
If you are a chocoholic, you can make a richer, more intense chocolate cookie with four ounces unsweetened chocolate instead of the semisweet. Add two tablespoons powdered sugar.
Ingredients
3 one-ounce squares of semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 dash salt
4 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
Ice cream
To make the cookies
1. Melt the chocolate and one tablespoon butter in the microwave. Set aside.
2. Cream the remaining butter and powdered sugar together. Add the salt.
3. Add the four egg yolks, beating after each. Add the vanilla.
4. Add the flour in three parts, beating after each addition.
5. Scrape the dough onto a large sheet of waxed paper. Pat the dough into a square or round log. Wrap it in waxed paper and smooth the edges into a uniform log. Refrigerate the log for at least an hour.
6. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the dough into 3/16-inch thick slices. Place them on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for eight to ten minutes or just until set. Cool on a wire rack.
To assemble the sandwiches
Once the cookie wafers have cooled, you're ready to assemble your ice cream sandwiches. It's easier if the ice cream is slightly soft. Place a cookie wafer face down on a flat counter surface. Use a small spatula to press the ice cream onto the cookie. You can make them as thick or as thin as you like. Top it with another cookie and press the two together. Use the spatula to clean up the edges. Wrap the sandwiches in plastic wrap and put them back into the freezer for an hour or more. You can store your ice cream sandwiches in the freezer for two weeks.

A Quick Meal
With the heat of the summer and the fact that we have longer days, many times we would like to eat something light as well as later in the evening. Ideally speaking, a quick easy dinner as well as an easy healthy dinner. Here is a healthy food recipe for a quick meal.
Based upon one of my favorite marinades(" a sauce, typically made of oil, vinegar, spices, and herbs, in which meat, fish, or other food is soaked before cooking in order to flavor or soften it")this healthy food recipe is a quick easy dinner that can be made for 1 or more people (if you are entertaining). What I did earlier this week was prepare halibut over brown and wild rice mixed with dates and served green beans on the side. This easy healthy dinner took no time at all to make.
The ingredients to use for this quick meal are:
1 portion of halibut
Brown rice
Wild Rice
Dates
Green Beans
To start this quick easy dinner, marinate the halibut in a bowl of equal parts olive oil, balsamic vinegar(" dark, sweet Italian vinegar that has been matured in wooden barrels")(2 tablespoons each) and a clove or two of garlic. Coat the halibut and place the fish in the refrigerator for about two hours.
In the meantime, follow the cooking instructions on the back of the packages for the wild rice and the brown rice and cook both types of rice separately. When I made this healthy food recipe, I used 1/4 cup of wild rice and 1 cup of brown rice.
Once both sets of rice are cooked, mix them together and add chopped dates. Be sure you check the dates for nuts. Allow the heat of both sets of rice to warm up the chopped dates. Set the rice aside.
Once the halibut is marinated, cook the fish in the oven until tender and flaky but not raw in the middle. To make this a really quick dinner, purchase freshly frozen green beans and heat them up over the stove while you are cooking the halibut.
If the rice has cooled, you may want to pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to reheat it. Set the rice on your dinner plate, then place the cooked halibut on top and then the cooked green beans to the side, and there you have a quick easy dinner using a healthy food recipe.
I like to save even more time cooking dinner in the summer and often will prepare my combination rice serving ahead of time and refrigerate it. I make a couple of servings and then take it out for this dish or another quick meal that I may cook during the week.

"Summer are the Traditional times for Grill Outdoors"
For most folks, late spring and summer are the traditional times for grilling outdoors. Grilling at our house, however, goes on year round. I think hamburgers have been grilled during that rare weather event in our part of the country, a snowfall! Since we are ardent about outdoor cooking on a grill, we do have some favorite recipes other than the all American favorite hamburger. One family favorite was introduced to us when we were very young and just learning how to cook over a charcoal fire. Another favorite, grilled zucchini squash is a new addition to our recipe collection. Last of all we have tried grilled fruit and determined that it is a great way to prepare apples and peaches.
Our tried and true family favorite is potatoes and carrots with onion cooked in foil. The recipe is designed to be adjusted for different sized servings.
Grilled Potatoes and Carrots
• 2 medium white or red potatoes
• 2 medium carrots
• ½ medium sweet onion
• Butter to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Dried parsley to taste
• Aluminum foil
1. Scrub the potatoes and peel the carrots.
2. Slice the potatoes and carrots French fry style.
3. Slice the onion
4. Tear 2 sheets of aluminum foil approximately 18 inches long and spray with cooking spray.
5. Place the vegetables, evenly divided on the foil.
6. Dot with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. I also like to add a little dried parsley.
7. Fold the foil over and seal. Place on the grill over medium heat and grill for 45 minutes turning often.
8. Open carefully and place in a Reco pasta bowl to serve.
Grilled Zucchini Squash ("a green variety of smooth-skinned summer squash.
Saute yellow and green zucchini in olive oil and season with oregano or basil for a quick and nutritious side dish.")
• 2 medium zucchini
• Olive oil
• Dried basil or Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper
1. Wash and slice zucchini lengthwise into approximately ¼ inch sized slices.
2. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings to your taste.
3. Place over medium heat on the grill and cook turning often until tender.
This goes really well with chicken grilled seasoned with white wine and salt and pepper.
Grilled Fruit
Slice a peach in half and remove the pit. Sprinkle lightly with sugar and place on the grill cut side down. Remove after about five minutes.
This is a lovely way to prepare fruit to accompany the main course or serve in a bowl with a scoop of ice cream in one of the Reco Everything Bowls.

Health Benefits of Dark Chocolate - What Ingredient Contributes?
Recently, there have been some substantial discussions that pertain to the health benefits of dark chocolate. There have been numerous studies that have been done while studying this somewhat bitter and less popular type of chocolate and these have made people sit up and take notice. For centuries, there have been many who would rave about the benefits of chocolate in it and this has constantly and consistently been the case throughout the history of chocolate. What is it about dark chocolate that creates these health benefits and why does milk chocolate not appreciate the very same benefits nor the same respect with regards to this matter? Lets explore this and discuss and detail these supposedly health benefits.
With respect to the main differences between milk and dark chocolate, milk chocolate contains milk or milk type products and dark chocolate does not. Milk chocolate is loaded with mainly fats and less amounts of the active ingredient that is widely promoted in dark chocolate. Dark chocolate, on the other hand, does certainly contain much more cocoa than a milk chocolate bar does and therefore, will have more flavonoids in it. It is these flavonoids that are considered to be the beneficial part of the dark chocolate bar. But, what are flavonoids?
Flavonoids have an active ingredient that is referred to as epicatechin and it is this specific ingredient that is especially good for the heart. Fore, it has been proven that it will decrease the ability of cholesterol to from gathering within many blood vessels. This in turn reduces blood clots from forming within the free flowing blood and therefore blood clots are less likely to form. It is those very same blood clots that harbor and creates the inability of blood to make its way to the heart and subsequently causing a heart attack.
However, more is not necessarily better in this case and by simply eating more dark chocolate does not mean that one is obtaining more of these flavonoids. Therefore, the maximum recommended daily intake of dark chocolate to have and or benefit from these health assurances is one point four ounces. As with anything, more will probably have adverse effects considering that it is laced with many calories and plenty of sugars.
But, by simply eating dark chocolate will not guarantee that one will not have health problems. Fore, one must also eat healthy as well as exercise daily too for this to have any benefits at all. And, considering that chocolate is a plant, this seems to be a good start on the fruits and vegetables that should be consumed daily.

How to Make Cheese cakes without Turning on Your Oven!!!
Everyone loves cheesecakes. They are easy to make but they have a long bake time. And they are rich, loaded with cream cheese and eggs. In the summertime especially, no-bake cheesecakes are a delightful alternative. You don't have to turn the oven on and they are lighter and not as rich.
In our test kitchen, we have experimented extensively with cheesecakes. We've written articles and an e-book. We've taught classes. But it took us a long time to discover how to make no-bake cheesecakes that we really enjoyed.
Cheesecakes are made in a crumb crust, most of which don't need to be baked. It's the filling that needs to be baked. It's really a custard that relies on the coagulation of the eggs to set the filling. Some commercial no-bake cheesecakes rely on gelatin to set the filling. We've never been fond of gelatin cheesecakes.
We've found that pastry fillings and puddings make a much nicer filler for cheesecakes than does gelatin. The key is in the ratio. You want it firm enough that it cuts nicely but without so much cream cheese that it's overwhelming: Two eight-ounce blocks of cream cheese pairs perfectly with two cups of pudding or filling. When you beat these two together, along with sugar and extract, you have a delightful no-bake cheesecake filling.
Our favorite filling ingredient is Bavarian cream. You can buy premade Bavarian cream or make your own.
What follows is our model recipe with variations. You can make your own variations or leave off the topping for a vanilla cheesecake.
Strawberry Cream No-Bake Cheesecake (with Variations)
This strawberry cream no-bake cheesecake recipe makes a delightful refrigerated dessert. The filling is light and smooth. Topped with a strawberry sauce and some fresh strawberries, this cheesecake makes a beautiful presentation. And it doesn't take much prep time. You'll want to make this often.
For the crust:
1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
In a nine-inch springform pan, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar together. Press the mixture across the bottom of the pan and up the sides to form the crust. Put the crust in the refrigerator to set the butter while you mix the filling.
For the filling:
2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups Bavarian Cream (see substitutes)
1 teaspoon strawberry flavor
In your stand-type mixer and with the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until it is soft and smooth. Add the Bavarian Cream and flavor and continue beating, scraping down the sides once, until smooth.
For the topping:
12-ounce package of frozen strawberries (see substitutes)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar or to taste
3 tablespoons Instant Clearjel (see substitutes)
fresh strawberries to garnish
Defrost and mash the strawberries. Add the water. Mix the sugar and the Instant Clearjel together in a cup. Add the sugar mixture to the strawberries and stir until the sauce thickens.
To assemble, spread the filling into the crust and smooth with a spatula. Add the strawberry sauce over the top. Add sliced strawberries on top of the sauce. Refrigerate. Peel the ring off the dessert when you are ready to serve.
You will have more sauce than what you need. That's okay. Save it for an ice cream or dessert topping or put it on your pancakes. Leftover sauce can be frozen.
Substitutes:
You may substitute cornstarch for the Instant Clearjel. If you do so, you will need to cook the sauce to thicken it. Cornstarch requires cooking to thicken; Instant Clearjel thickens without cooking. (Original Clearjel thickens when cooked.)
You may substitute vanilla pudding for the Bavarian Cream.
You may use fresh strawberries instead of frozen.
Raspberry Cream No-Bake Cheesecake
Make as per the strawberry cream recipe. Use raspberry flavor and raspberries instead of strawberry flavor and strawberries. Press the mashed raspberries through a sieve to remove the seeds.
Blueberry Lemon No-Bake Cheesecake (with Variations)
Make as per the strawberry cream recipe. Use lemon flavor and a teaspoon of lemon zest in the filling.
Use fresh or frozen blueberries instead of the strawberries. Garnish with whipped cream.
Chocolate Cream No-Bake Cheesecake (with Variations)
You can leave off the topping though both strawberry and raspberry topping goes great with chocolate cream.
Melt 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate wafers or quality dark chocolate chips. Drizzle the hot chocolate into the filling while the paddle is turning. Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
Homemade Bavarian Cream
1 packet unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons milk or cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
5 egg yolks
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups heavy cream (second measure)
1. Pour the milk or cream into a small bowl and then sprinkle the gelatin on top. Set aside.
2. Whisk the egg yolks and the sugar together.
3. Heat the milk mixture over medium heat until it just starts to simmer. Do not boil. Remove from the heat.
4. To temper the eggs, slowly whisk the hot milk into the egg mixture. Once the eggs and hot milk mixture is combined, cook the mixture in a double boiler or over simmering water, stirring, until it starts to thicken and simmer. Add the vanilla. Place the bowl in an ice bath and stir until the mixture cools to room temperature.
5. Whip the second measure of whipped cream. Fold in the whipped cream. Refrigerate until you are ready to use the Bavarian Cream.

The Pasta Diet centers around glucides that are mostly supplied by pasta. By following this diet you will eliminate fats and rapidly digested sugar from your plate. Instead you will place the focus on proteins and slowly digested sugar. You may lose up to 3 kilograms (6.5 pounds) a week. Here are some of the diet principles.
Eat complex glucides and fruits for breakfast. For example, eat bread or cereal and fruit. Add no sugar to your breakfast drink. For lunch eat a single dish and a piece of fruit or a dairy product. The selected dish may be pasta, soup, or salad. The portion size is small: we are talking about a 300-calorie soup, or a 600-calorie pasta or salad. Your supper may consist of 30 to 40 grams (an ounce to an ounce and a third) of meat or 60 grams of a glucide-rich dish and a dairy product for supper. You should shoot for three endurance sessions and three muscle-building sessions per week.
Perhaps the biggest advantage of this diet is the pasta. A disadvantage is the excessive glucides. Make sure to eat five servings of fruits or vegetables daily.

Supper: 200 grams of salmon in foil. 500 grams of steamed endives and spinach. A light yogurt.
